Hughes Lepic is co-head of European Private Equity in the Principal Investment Area. He joined the firm in 1990 in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department in New York and moved to London in 1992. He joined the Principal Investment Area in 1996. Hughes became a managing director in 1998 and a partner in 2000. He joined the Investment Committee in 2003. Hughes serves on the boards of Prysmian SrL, Neuf Telecom SA and Eutelsat Communications. Hughes earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1990 and an MS from Ecole Polytechnique in 1987.
